Supervisor – Operations

Key Responsibilities

·         Lead and support frontline employees during daily operations.

·         Promote workplace safety and ensure procedures are followed.

·         Coordinate workloads and staffing to meet operational needs.

·         Coach, mentor, and develop team members.

·         Monitor productivity and address operational challenges.

·         Communicate effectively with employees, management, and stakeholders.

·         Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

·         Maintain service quality while helping control operational costs.

·         Build a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

·         3–5 years of supervisory experience in an industrial, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, or operations environment.

·         Post-secondary education in Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred.

·         Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

·         Experience in a unionized environment is considered an asset.

·         Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

·         Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

·         First Aid/CPR certification is considered an asset.

Compensation & Employment Type

·         Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour
