Bilingual Paralegal

Express Employment Professionals on 99th and Fort is seeking a Bilingual Paralegal to join a local Omaha law firm!

Position Details:

• Type: Evaluation Hire

• Schedule: Monday-Friday normal business hours

• Location: Omaha, NE

• Pay/Salary: up to $25/hr

Job Duties:

• Assist attorneys with the preparation and filing of legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, motions, and discovery

• Organize and manage case files, including maintaining electronic and physical records

• Coordinate and communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and court officials as needed

• Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing witness lists, and compiling trial notebooks

• Provide general administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars

Requirements:

• Previous and recent Paralegal experience is required

• Associate’s degree in related field is required

• Must be an intermediate to advanced user in the Microsoft Office Suite

• Fluent in English and Spanish
