Pay: $20.00/HR + OT! 
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM start (10 hour days)

Ground Preparation & Construction Labor Opportunity

We are hiring dependable and hardworking Ground Prep Laborers to support an excavation and utility construction company specializing in ground preparation, trenching, utility installation, and pipe laying.

This position is ideal for individuals with a strong physical work background who enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced construction environment. Candidates with experience in construction, excavation, utility work, pipe installation, site preparation, landscaping, or general labor are encouraged to apply.

Must-Haves

• Previous physical labor or construction work experience
• Experience working on active construction sites
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (must have your own vehicle)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform heavy construction and general labor tasks
• Assist with digging, trenching, and ground preparation
• Rake and prepare work areas for utility installation
• Support pipe work, pipe installation, and pipe laying projects
• Load, move, and organize construction materials
• Assist with site cleanup and job site organization
• Follow safety procedures and directions from supervisors
• Work as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to follow directions and work safely on active job sites
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Experience

• Heavy labor experience
• Construction labor experience
• Excavation or utility construction experience
• Trenching, grading, or pipe installation experience
• Outdoor construction or site development experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Stand, walk, bend, twist, stoop, and squat throughout the shift
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks
• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods
