Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Frame Welder to join our home construction and remodeling team. This position will involve welding and fabricating metal frames, along with assisting with home construction, painting, and general remodeling projects.

The ideal candidate is experienced with welding, takes pride in quality workmanship, works safely, and is willing to learn and help with different aspects of residential construction.

Responsibilities

Weld and fabricate metal frames and structural components.
Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal materials accurately.
Read basic plans, measurements, and drawings.
Assist with home construction and remodeling projects.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Follow safety procedures and use tools and equipment properly.
Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

Welding experience required.
Experience with residential construction, remodeling, or painting is a plus.
Ability to use welding equipment and common hand and power tools.
Good measuring and problem-solving skills.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to lift materials and perform physical work throughout the day.
Valid driver's license preferred.
