Property Specialist

Express Employment Professionals on 61st and Center is seeking a Property Specialist to join a local apartment complex in South Omaha!

Position Details:
•    Type: Evaluation Hire
•    Schedule: 8-5 M-F, some weekend availability
•    Location: Omaha, NE
•    Pay/Salary: $18-23

Job Duties:
•    Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and online.
•    Conduct property tours and explain community amenities and features.
•    Respond promptly to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects.
•    Process rental applications and verify applicant information.
•    Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documentation is completed.
•    Maintain accurate leasing and resident records.
•    Coordinate move-ins and move-outs.
•    Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
•    High school diploma or equivalent required.
•    Previous leasing, sales, customer service, or property management experience preferred.
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software is a plus.
•    Ability to work weekends as needed.
•    Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
•    Professional appearance and positive attitude.
