Express is partnering with a local credit union to find a Call Center Representative to join their team. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional service to credit union members, assisting with questions, resolving issues, and ensuring every member has a positive experience. If you’re friendly, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple member needs with professionalism and efficiency, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Answer account-related questions
• Complete routine service requests
• Resolve member concerns
• Protect confidential information
• Identify opportunities to refer additional credit union products and services

Schedule and Pay:

• Mon-Fri 8:00am-6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-12:00pm
• $17.50/hr

Requirements:

• Experience handling a high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls
• Ability to handle difficult or escalated customer interactions professionally
