Senior Project Manager

Express Employment Professionals on 99th and Fort Street is currently recruiting for a Senior Project manager to join a local industrial manufacturing company in Omaha, NE!

Position Details:

• Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift

• Location: Omaha, NE

• Pay/Salary: Competitive, Based on Experience

Job Duties:

• Develop and maintain project schedules, deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation plans.

• Manage contracts throughout project lifecycles, including contract review and negotiation with sales and business development teams.

• Track project schedules, budgets, and performance while providing updates to leadership and stakeholders.

• Coordinate project documentation, facilitate meetings, and serve as the primary point of communication between departments and customers.

• Lead customer meetings for project kickoffs, status updates, negotiations, and closeout activities.

• Support bid management activities, including scheduling, review meetings, and approval processes.

• Assist with process improvements and implementation of project management best practices.

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience with demonstrated success managing multiple projects.

• Strong communication, presentation, critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with contract review and modification of contractual terms and conditions.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and project management software, preferably MS Project.

• PMP certification and multilingual abilities (Spanish, French, German, or Mandarin) are preferred but not required.

• Ability to travel up to 25%, including occasional international travel and weekend stays.
