Company in Fostoria, OH is looking to add a Fabricator to their team! Candidates should have strong attention to detail, be organized and self motivated. 

Job Duties Include: 

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or related equipment) to fabricate metal parts
• Perform welding operations (MIG, TIG, or other applicable processes) according to specifications
• Bend and form metal using press brakes, rollers, or manual forming equipment
• Design, set up, and utilize fixtures and jigs to ensure repeatability and accuracy
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, weld symbols, and work instructions
• Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools
• Troubleshoot machining, welding, or forming issues and make necessary adjustments as needed
• Maintain equipment, tooling, and a clean, organized work area
• Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and lean manufacturing practices
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other fabricators to improve processes

Required Skills: 

• 3–5 years of experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing
• Proficiency in CNC machine setup and operation
• Welding experience (MIG/TIG preferred)
• Experience with metal bending and forming equipment
• Strong blueprint and schematic reading skills
• Familiarity with fixtures, jigs, and precision setups
• Working knowledge of measuring and inspection tools
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
