Schedule

• 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM with a 1-hour lunch, or
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch

Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Accounting Clerk for a Medical Manufacturing Facility in Bonita Springs. This position will support day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions and help ensure financial transactions, customer accounts, and vendor accounts are processed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
• Receive, verify, and enter vendor invoices
• Perform three-way matching for Accounts Payable
• Apply customer payments and remittances
• Prepare and batch invoices for entry into the ERP system
• Perform accurate invoice and accounting data entry
• Assist with customer collections
• Process employee expense reimbursements
• Manage company credit card transactions
• Maintain accurate customer and vendor account information
• Assist with general ledger coding
• Reconcile AP and AR balances
• Maintain organized electronic financial records
• Assist with banking and financial reports as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate degree in Accounting preferred
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and procedures
• Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong data-entry and numerical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
