Job Description:

• Create Bill of Ladings for orders shipping to customers
• Establish loads for over the road shipment
• Typical loads:

1. Multiple drops per trailer
2. Partial trailers
3. Hotshot/5^th wheel trailers
4. Containers for international shipment

• Post loads on external load boards
• Coordinate shipments with drivers and customers

1. Liaison between OTR drivers, customers, and sales offices

• Invoice orders once shipped for Accounts Payable.

 

Desired Skills:

• Basic Word & Excel knowledge
• Ability to batch orders together for efficient delivery routes
• Ability to work with a team environment
• Detail oriented
