Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our riverboat team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment while ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience onboard.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Deliver meals and drinks promptly.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas.
• Work as part of a team to provide outstanding guest service.
• Follow all company safety and service standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter or waitress is required.
• Must be comfortable working on and around water.
• Must not be afraid of water.
• Must successfully pass a money handling/counting assessment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
