We are looking for a skilled and dependable Tool Maker to join our manufacturing team. The Tool Maker will build, repair, modify, and maintain precision tools, dies, molds, fixtures, and other manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Build and repair tools, dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures.
• Operate manual and CNC machine tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Measure and inspect parts using precision measuring instruments.
• Troubleshoot and repair tooling and production equipment.
• Perform machining, grinding, drilling, milling, and related operations.
• Maintain accurate measurements and tight tolerances.
• Keep tools, machines, and work areas clean and safe.
• Follow company quality and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous tool-making or machining experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes and precision measurement.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
