We are looking for a dependable and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. The technician will travel to customer locations to install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment at customer locations.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and equipment problems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Read and follow technical manuals, drawings, and service instructions.
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service.
• Document repairs, service calls, parts used, and equipment conditions.
• Follow all company safety procedures and customer site requirements.
• Travel to job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical, electrical, industrial, or field service experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours when required.
