This position is onsite in SW Austin/Dripping Springs, TX. Candidates should be comfortable commuting to the worksite daily.
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced with inventory, stockroom operations, or warehouse support? Our client is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support inventory control, material handling, and kitting operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do
As an Inventory Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring production teams receive the materials they need to stay on schedule and deliver quality products.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and stockroom organization.
- Monitor and track inventory using an ERP system.
- Pull job kits and material requests from the ERP system.
- Gather, verify, and issue parts required for production orders.
- Process inventory transactions accurately and timely.
- Release completed kits to production teams.
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient stockroom operations.
- Support additional inventory and materials-related activities as needed.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience with computerized inventory systems preferred.
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills required.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident due to ITAR-related requirements.
Schedule
This position follows a rotating schedule that includes:
- Standard 8-hour workdays on alternating weeks
- 10-hour workdays every other week
- Overtime as needed to support business demands
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout a production facility.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to handle and count small components accurately.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to reach inventory stored at various heights.
