Production Operator Technician 

We are seeking a reliable Production Operator Technician  to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, handling materials, recording production data, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate needling, die-cutting, grinding, and etching equipment
• Perform machine setup and changeovers as needed
• Measure and inspect products using gauges and other tools
• Pull, stage, and stack materials for production
• Enter production data and maintain accurate documentation
• Assist with basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance after training
• Prepare products for the next stage of production
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality requirements
• Excellent hand-eye coordination

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Must be able to wear a PAPR respirator for up to 6-8 hours when required
• Must pass vision requirements, including near-vision and color-vision testing
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
