Entry-Level Injection Molding Machine Operator

Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines during production
• Inspect finished parts for quality, defects, and proper measurements
• Use measuring tools such as calipers to check production parts
• Learn proper mold cleaning procedures and assist with mold maintenance
• Monitor machines to ensure they are running properly
• Communicate machine problems or production concerns to leads and supervisors
• Perform quality inspections according to company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and production procedures
• Assist with additional production duties as needed

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Basic manufacturing, machine operating, or production experience is a plus
• Familiarity with calipers or other measuring tools is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability and willingness to learn injection molding processes
• Good communication skills
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule when production needs require it
