A manufacturing company in St. Bernard Parish is hiring experienced CNC Machinists to join their team. This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC machinery, producing quality parts, and maintaining production standards in a safe and efficient work environment.

Pay: $22-$25 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Overtime: Optional Saturdays Available

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts and components
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies

Skills Required

• CNC machine operation and setup

• Experience using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Experience Required

• Previous experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience reading blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Experience with quality inspections and precision measurements preferred

• Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment
