A manufacturing company in Hammond is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join their team. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts while meeting production and safety standards.

Pay:

  • $30.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
  • Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
  • Measure parts using precision measuring instruments
  • Maintain accurate production records
  • Follow all workplace safety procedures and quality requirements
  • Keep work area clean and organized

Experience Required

  • Previous CNC machining experience required
