Job Summary:
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented professional to join our manufacturing team as a CTL (Cut-to-Length) Machine Operator. This role is responsible for setting up and operating automated industrial machinery that uncoils, levels, and cuts metal coils to precise customer specifications.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a production or manufacturing environment, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality and safety. Duties:
- Set up, adjust, and operate Cut-to-Length (CTL) machinery.
- Operate automated equipment that uncoils, levels, and cuts metal coils.
- Monitor machine performance to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and product quality.
- Perform quality inspections and verify measurements against specifications.
- Safely handle and move metal coils, raw materials, and finished products.
- Conduct routine equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Accurately complete production and quality documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and manufacturing standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
- Respectfully take direction from supervisors and production leads.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
Pay:
$24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
