Job Title: 1st Shift Material Handler (Evaluation-to-Hire)

Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Classification: Evaluation-to-Hire

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Material Handler to support warehouse and production operations on 1st shift. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, operating equipment, and helping keep production running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a hi-lo (forklift) to move materials throughout the facility
• Replenish bins and supply production lines with necessary materials
• Assist with warehouse operations, inventory movement, and material handling
• Support production teams with material delivery and staging
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Perform additional warehouse and production support duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous forklift or hi-lo experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to assist in various departments as needed
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move 50–60 pounds regularly
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
