Maintain landscaping, mowing, weed control, trimming, and general grounds upkeep

Conduct inspections and identify maintenance needs or safety concerns 

Assist with dock maintenance equipment, tools, and vehicle safety

Respond to maintenance request in a timely manner 

Help prepare facilities and grounds for seasonal operations and special events 

Keep work areas clean, organized and safe 

Assist with other property management and maintenance duties as assigned
