Packager Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Packager Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm

Packager Job Duties:

• Assemble boxes, package the bagged coffee in 8oz, 12oz, 1lb, and 5lb bags into boxes according to the required weight and number of bags
• Tape the boxes using a tape machine
• Stack boxes on pallets to be shipped
• Quality control of packaging ensuring that the required vents, labeling, and information is on packages and in the correct position
• Keep work area clean or assist in other departments during slow periods of production and at the end of shifts
• Perform other duties as assigned

Packager Job Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. frequently throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and remain on feet for the entire shift
• Must be reliable and able to commit to the assignment long term
