Warehouse, Shipping & Receiving Specialist (Full-Time | Day Shift)

Pay: $18.00 / hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Day shift with daily flexibility up to 5:00 PM as needed)

Key Highlights of the Role

• Dynamic Daily Variety: Balance hands-on warehouse floor duties, forklift and pallet jack operation, local box truck deliveries, and digital inventory tracking.

• Core Logistics & Shipping: Prepare bills of lading, coordinate carrier pick-ups, manage packing supplies, and process shipments accurately.

• Receiving & Quality Control: Unload incoming freight, inspect shipments for damage, verify PO counts, and manage stock rotation.

• Digital Inventory Management: Utilize modern warehouse management software to track product movement, conduct cycle counts, and keep data accurate.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven background in shipping, receiving, or warehouse logistics.

• Hands-on experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and driving a box truck.

• Familiarity with inventory tracking software and electronic product movement.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs, with comfort standing and moving throughout the day.

• Strong reliability, great attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.
