Roll-Off Driver

Location: Morristown, TN
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay: $20.00–$23.00 per hour

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Roll-Off Driver to join our team in Morristown, Tennessee. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, dependable, and comfortable operating roll-off trucks while providing professional service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a roll-off truck to deliver, pick up, and transport containers
• Load and unload roll-off containers at customer locations
• Secure loads and ensure containers are transported safely
• Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures
• Maintain accurate delivery and pickup records
• Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch
• Report vehicle, equipment, or container issues to management
• Keep the truck clean and in good operating condition
• Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required
• Clean and safe driving record preferred
• Previous roll-off, dump truck, waste management, or commercial driving experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of safe truck operation
• Dependable and punctual
• Safety-minded and attentive to detail
• Professional customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Ability to perform physical duties associated with loading, securing, and handling containers

Schedule & Compensation

• 1st Shift
• $20.00–$23.00/hour, based on experience
• Full-time position
• Based in Morristown, TN
