Location: Morristown, TN
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 6:00 AM–3:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $15 per hour

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in our Morristown, Tennessee location.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is reliable, and can work independently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, common areas, restrooms, and other facility spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces
• Clean and restock restrooms and common areas
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles
• Clean windows, doors, fixtures, and other surfaces as needed
• Maintain floors and other areas to ensure they remain clean and presentable
• Monitor cleaning and restroom supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished
• Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Report maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns to management
• Help maintain an organized and professional facility
• Perform other cleaning and general custodial duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and punctual
• Able to work independently and manage assigned tasks
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Professional and positive attitude
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the workday
• Ability to safely lift and move cleaning supplies and equipment as needed

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday–Friday
• Choose from:
  • 6:00 AM–3:00 PM, or
  • 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• $15/hour
• Full-time weekday schedule
