Part-Time Facilities Maintenance

Location: Dandridge, TN
Hours: 15–25 hours per week
Pay: $16 per hour

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and hands-on Part-Time Facilities Maintenance team member to help maintain our property and ensure our facilities remain clean, safe, functional, and well-maintained.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, is dependable, and can identify and address routine maintenance needs before they become larger problems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility
• Complete basic painting, patching, and touch-up work
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and general repairs as appropriate
• Maintain and repair doors, fixtures, furniture, and other facility items
• Replace light bulbs and perform basic facility upkeep
• Assist with landscaping, groundskeeping, and exterior maintenance as needed
• Keep maintenance areas, equipment, and workspaces clean and organized
• Identify maintenance issues and report larger or specialized repairs
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment
• Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and supplies when needed
• Perform other general maintenance and facility-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, handyman, facilities, construction, or related experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of common maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot routine maintenance issues
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move items as needed
• Comfortable performing both indoor and outdoor maintenance tasks
• Professional and respectful attitude

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time: 15–25 hours per week
• $16/hour
• Located in Dandridge, TN
• Flexible scheduling may be available based on facility needs
