Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, inspect, and ensure the quality of custom ammunition boxes

• Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Follow all safety protocols and procedures

• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to improve processes and output

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts with a positive attitude

• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Comfortable working around firearms and ammunition (training provided)

• Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
