Recruiting & Client Engagement Specialist

Location: Newark, OH Pay: $20–$22/hr + monthly commission bonuses

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

This role blends recruiting, client communication, and sales, making it ideal for someone who is organized, self‑driven, and thrives in a fast‑moving environment.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit, screen, and interview applicants
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their staffing needs
• Make outbound calls to applicants and local businesses
• Follow up consistently and help close new business opportunities
• Support applicants through the hiring process with clear communication
• Manage a busy office environment and stay organized during peak activity
• Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
