Directional Drilling

Located in conway, AR

Salary: $20-25/hr

We are seeking motivated and dependable construction professionals to join an underground utility installation team in Central Arkansas. This position involves working outdoors on construction sites and assisting with the installation of underground fiber optic, CATV, and power infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Operate directional drilling and underground construction equipment safely and efficiently.
• Operate mini excavators and other light/heavy construction equipment as needed.
• Assist with utility locating, trenching, boring, excavation, and underground installation.
• Perform general skilled labor and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow project plans, safety procedures, and instructions from supervisors.
• Work effectively as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule.
• Perform physical labor, including lifting, digging, standing, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Crew leaders may be responsible for directing field crews, coordinating daily tasks, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Construction or underground utility experience preferred.
• Directional drilling, mini excavator, or utility installation experience is a plus.
• Crew leadership experience preferred for leadership positions.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and responsibly.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position.
