Salary: 58k/yr+

Our Reading area client is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join their team! This is a long term opportunity with a local client adding to their core team!

 

2nd Shift Production Supervisor 

Pay: 58k/yr + increase upon being hired on

Shift: 2nd shift M-FR (3PM-11:30PM)

Location: Reading, PA

Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor :

• Lead and supervise production team on 3rd shift
• Ensure compliance with all safety and PPE guidelines
• Train and support process technicians, operators, and packers
• Fill in for production positions when needed
• Conduct daily audits and verify machine paperwork accuracy
• Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Production Supervisor : 

• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience required
• 2–3 years of experience in plastics or manufacturing preferred
• Strong communication skills; bilingual a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Candidates should be reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
