Shipping & Receiving/Hilo Driver Job Summary: We are looking to fill a Shipping & Receiving/Hilo Driver position at an automotive supplier in Grand Rapids, MI. Shipping & Receiving/Hilo Driver Responsibilities:

• Operate a hilo
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Putting product away in proper locations
• Completing paperwork and scanning parts
• Check quality and quantity of incoming products and process returns if necessary
• Prepare items for shipment by measuring, weighing, and properly packing and banding
• Maintain inventory and separate supplies according to job and department and deliver supplies to the appropriate party
• Maintain the receiving area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations
• Provide continuous communication with team members to ensure efficient workflow
• Providing help and support to a passionate team

This is a fast-paced environment and requires confident operators.

Schedule & Pay:

• 3rd shift; 10:25pm-6:30am with overtime before and after the shift and Saturday and Sundays
• May require training on 1st shift
• $17.00/HR

Shipping & Receiving/Hilo Driver Qualifications:

• At least 2 years’ experience operating a hilo
• Previous shipping experience
• Computer experience is preferred
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs on an ongoing basis
• Inventory control
• Technology savvy to use the different systems they have
