Our client is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Service Department Porter to support daily service operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth workflow, exceptional customer experience, and a clean, organized service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with vehicle intake

• Safely move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles

• Maintain cleanliness of service drive, shop areas, and customer waiting spaces

• Transport vehicles to and from service bays as directed by advisors or technicians

• Perform light cleaning tasks such as vacuuming vehicles or wiping down interiors

• Assist with dealership lot organization and vehicle staging

• Support service advisors and technicians with general tasks as needed

• Ensure all vehicles are handled with care and professionalism

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Professional, customer-friendly demeanor

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to stand, walk, and be active throughout the shift
