What You Will Do

• Inventory & Material Movement: Safely receive, package, and manage inventory throughout receiving, staging, and shipping processes.

• Material Staging: Ensure product and materials are stored safely, blocked properly, and organized to prevent damage.

• Documentation & Records: Accurately complete daily tracking paperwork, record inventory data, and utilize handheld scanners.

• Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area to uphold strict safety standards.

What You Need

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar industrial, distribution, or material handling environment.

• Industry Preference: Background in transportation, metal processing, or heavy industrial inventory is a plus.

• Equipment Knowledge: Prior exposure or experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, track mobiles, or handheld RF scanners is preferred.

• Detail & Safety: Commitment to workplace safety, proper material blocking/stacking, and accurate recordkeeping.

• Reliability: Daily punctuality and dependable transportation to O'Fallon, MO.

• Screening: Ability to pass standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
