What You Will Do

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate clamp trucks and standard forklifts to maneuver, receive, stack, and move warehouse product across shipping and staging areas.

• Specialized Operations: Utilize remote-controlled cranes and operate track mobiles to move rail cars in and out of the building safely.

• Shipping & Receiving: Pull work orders and handle inbound/outbound material using handheld RF scanning equipment.

• Quality & Damage Inspection: Inspect all incoming and outgoing shipments, noting any material exceptions or product damages.

• Facility Operations: Open the warehouse and prepare for the workday (turning on lights, opening bay doors) while strictly following safety protocols.

What You Need

• Clamp Truck Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience operating clamp forklifts.

• Forklift Experience: 1–2 years of general forklift operation in a fast-paced environment.

• Systems & Tools: Knowledge of warehouse inventory processes and experience with RF scanners.

• Detail & Safety: Strong commitment to workplace safety, rule compliance, and attention to detail.

• Reliability: Daily punctuality and dependable transportation to O'Fallon, MO 63366.

• Screening: Ability to pass standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
