What You Will Do

• Powder Coating: Apply powder coat finish to fabricated metal parts of various shapes, sizes, and colors according to the daily production schedule.

• Pre-Treatment & Titration: Prepare metal surfaces for painting and monitor surface treatment wash solutions and water titration levels.

• Quality & Mil Spec Checking: Perform detailed quality checks to ensure proper paint adhesion, full coverage, and adherence to mil thickness specifications.

• Material Handling & Line Prep: Receive incoming raw materials, complete schedule documentation, assist with material handling equipment, and perform 4–5 versatile tasks around the paint line.

• Workstation Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with chemical safety standards.

What You Need

• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of industrial manufacturing or paint line experience required.

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of powder coat application techniques, as well as safe use, storage, and disposal of surface treatment chemicals.

• Versatility & Quality Eye: Ability to rotate across multiple stations on the paint line and verify mil specs and paint adhesion.

• Reliability: Strong work ethic, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to Maryland Heights, MO 63146.

• Screening: Ability to pass standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
