What You Will Do

• Assembly Operations: Read basic, entry-level assembly blueprints to organize and assemble components accurately.

• Tool Operation: Use pliers to add tips to materials and feed prepared components through assembly machines to complete full builds.

• Quality Inspection: Check outgoing components and assembled parts for proper fitting, defects, and overall build accuracy.

• Safety & Station Care: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation using provided PPE (safety glasses and gloves).

What You Need

• Blueprint Reading: Ability to read basic, entry-level assembly diagrams and work instructions.

• Hand Dexterity: Comfort using hand tools (pliers) and feeding materials through assembly machinery.

• Dress Code: Must wear closed-toe shoes. Appropriate work pants or neat shorts are permitted.

• Detail-Oriented: Eye for small details and product quality inspection.

• Reliability: Strong work ethic, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to Overland, MO 63114.

• Screening: Ability to pass standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
