What You Will Do

• Line Operations: Safely stack, organize, and stage packed boxes from conveyor lines onto pallets for shipment.

• Pallet Building: Build secure, balanced pallets and route them efficiently to designated shipping zones.

• Package Quality: Inspect outgoing boxes for proper tape sealing, accurate shipping labels, and product safety.

• Teamwork: Partner alongside packing and shipping teams to keep fulfillment lines moving safely and efficiently.

What You Need

• Physical Ability: Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.

• Detail-Oriented: Eye for package accuracy, proper pallet balance, and label correctness.

• Reliability: Strong work ethic, dependable transportation to St. Louis (63106), and daily punctuality.

• Screening: Ability to pass standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
