What You Will Do

• Measure & Cut Materials: Measure metal/aluminum frame components accurately to specific lengths down to 1/16" and inspect cuts upon completion.

• Frame Assembly: Read work orders and blueprints to assemble commercial window frames using mallets, hammers, and power drivers (screws).

• Die Department Operations: Punch out small metal pieces required for frame sub-assembly.

• Quality Assurance: Inspect finished frame joins and measurements to maintain high manufacturing standards.

• Tool Handling: Safely operate hand tools, measuring devices, and light machinery throughout the shift.

What You Need

• Precision Measuring: Must pass a basic skills test showing the ability to read a tape measure/ruler accurately down to 1/32 of an inch.

• Hand Tool Experience: Hands-on experience using mallets, hammers, power drills, and screw guns.

• Detail-Oriented: Ability to read work orders accurately and verify exact material dimensions.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work actively throughout your shift.

• Reliability: Strong work ethic, dependable transportation, and punctuality.

• Background Checks: Willingness to undergo standard pre-employment screening.
