We are seeking an experienced logistics coordinator for a Direct Hire opportunity.

In this position, you will oversee and manage our entire supply chain. You will organize and monitor the storage and distribution of goods, ensuring optimum efficiency and productivity with an eye on all stages of the order cycle. Our overall goal is to find the right person to manage the entire process, enhancing business growth, ensuring sustainability, and increasing customer satisfaction.

Duties

Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments. 

Responding to customer inquires and referring clients to the proper channels: Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.

Tracking and fixing shipping errors preparing bills and invoices, managing distribution.

Requirements:

Fast Pace environment, understanding of supply chain including common obstacles and effective solutions

Proficient in MS Office , Excel and Word (assessment will be required)

Problem solving and analytical skills

Ability to delegate and meet deadlines

Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
