What You’ll Be Doing:

⚙️ Operate and monitor production machinery to meet daily production goals
📋 Follow work instructions and production specifications
🔍 Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
🛠️ Make basic machine adjustments and report equipment issues
📦 Load and unload materials as needed
🧹 Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
✔️ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
✔️ Ability to learn and operate production equipment safely
✔️ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
✔️ Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
✔️ Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
