Machine Operator – Day Shift

Location: Wenatchee, WA
Pay: $17.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local manufacturing company to find a dependable Machine Operator to join their day-shift team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to build their skills in a manufacturing environment.

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided!

What You'll Do

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
• Bag and package finished product
• Stack and organize pallets
• Perform routine quality checks
• Monitor products for quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow production procedures and safety guidelines
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For

• Dependable and reliable attendance
• Ability to consistently work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Strong punctuality, especially during the initial 30-day training period
• Comfortable standing and working on your feet for the duration of the shift
• Ability to perform repetitive production tasks, including bagging and stacking pallets
• Good attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Reliable transportation
• A steady work history and positive attitude

Manufacturing, production, warehouse, packaging, food processing, or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required.

• Complete required onboarding paperwork
