Carpenter (Project-Based) – Benton, TN

We are seeking an experienced carpenter for a project role in Benton. This position involves building a deck and requires prior carpentry experience.

Pay: $18+/hour
Schedule: Start at 8:00 AM until work is completed each day
Duration:Full Tim

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and measurements.
• Measure, cut, shape, and install wood and other building materials.
• Perform framing for walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs.
• Install doors, windows, cabinets, trim, molding, and countertops.
• Hang and finish drywall.
• Perform finish carpentry, including baseboards, crown molding, and trim work.
• Build and repair structures, fixtures, and furniture.
• Use hand and power tools safely and accurately.
• Perform demolition and remodeling work.
• Complete basic repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Ensure work meets quality, safety, and building standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• Previous carpentry experience required
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Reliable and able to work until daily tasks are finished
