Job Responsibilities

Perform general agricultural and field labor duties

Assist with planting, harvesting, crop maintenance, and seasonal operations

Load, unload, move, bag, and organize agricultural products, supplies, and materials

Assist with the operation and maintenance of agricultural equipment as trained

Perform general grounds, facility, and equipment cleanup

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Work as part of a team to complete daily production goals

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous agricultural, farm, warehouse, construction, or outdoor labor experience is not required but is a plus

Must be dependable and able to arrive on time for scheduled shifts

Ability to work outdoors in hot, cold, dusty, and changing weather conditions

Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift

Must be able to lift and carry materials as needed

Ability to follow directions and safety procedures

Must be willing to work flexible hours and overtime during peak seasonal periods

Reliable transportation required

The work schedule may vary depending on weather, crop conditions, and operational needs. Flexible availability, including overtime and extended hours during peak season, is required.
