NOW HIRING: Production Worker

We are looking for a dependable and motivated General Production Worker to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting daily production operations, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and ensuring products meet our quality standards.

The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general production, assembly, packaging, and material-handling duties.
• Operate production equipment and tools safely and according to company procedures.
• Inspect products for quality and report defects or issues to supervisors.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials as needed.
• Meet established production and quality goals.
• Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials as required.
• Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and procedures.

Scheduled can vary depending on what we have available: 

6am- 2:30pm

8am-5pm

NIGHT SHIFT 7pm- 5am
