Pay Rate: $10.00–$11.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming service calls and schedule based on urgency

• Make collection calls and handle customer inquiries professionally

• Perform data entry and other general administrative duties

Requirements & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Bilingual (English and Spanish – read and write)

• Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills
