Sales Specialist

 

Location: Redmond, OR 

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $22.00–$28.00 per hour 

 

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Sales Specialist to join our team. This role supports customers, processes orders, and helps ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations within our manufacturing environment. If you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and working in a hands‑on industry, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support

• Process orders, quotes, and shipments through our ERP system

• Read and interpret basic prints

• Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries

• Maintain strong communication with internal teams

• Support manufacturing and fabrication workflows as needed

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly

• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of sales experience 

• Ability to read and understand basic prints

• Basic computer proficiency

• Understanding of basic manufacturing, mechanical, or fabrication processes

• Agriculture, industrial, and/or automotive experience required

• Strong customer service mindset

• Self‑motivated with the ability to multitask

• Positive attitude and team‑focused approach

• Excellent communication skills and willingness to ask questions

• Reliable, punctual, and responsible

• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment

• Must pass a drug test (includes marijuana)
