Director, ISP & Business Development: This is a DIRECT HIRE Director, ISP & Business Development opportunity with a growing broadband and telecommunications organization in the Bloomington, Indiana area. This hybrid leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, strategic partnerships, market expansion, and ISP relationship management. As the Director, ISP & Business Development, you will work closely with executive leadership to grow market presence, develop commercial partnerships, and maximize network utilization across the region. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, subscriber growth, and market penetration
• Manage key ISP and strategic partner relationships while driving overall partner performance
• Identify, negotiate, and pursue new business development opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives
• Lead MDU growth initiatives, including property access agreements and partnership development
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and business performance metrics to support strategic decision-making
• Partner with operations, service delivery, marketing, and finance teams to achieve business objectives
• Provide leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to support continued growth and operational excellence

Pay & Benefits:

• $100,000-$120,000 annually plus bonus opportunity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, Finance, or related field preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience in telecommunications, broadband, technology, infrastructure, or related industries
• Proven success in business development, strategic partnerships, account management, or commercial leadership
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing executive-level relationships
• Strong financial, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Preferred:

• Experience within broadband, fiber optics, telecommunications, or utility industries
• Experience with MDU agreements, property access negotiations, or strategic partnerships
• Knowledge of FTTH networks, ISP operations, or broadband markets
