Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Job Summary 

Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a growing team in Rock Hill, SC. This role is responsible for troubleshooting and performing both mechanical and electrical maintenance on manufacturing equipment, while completing daily preventive maintenance (PM) activities to keep equipment operating efficiently and minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, learn new equipment and systems quickly, and take a proactive approach to keeping production running smoothly.

Responsibilities 

Maintenance Technician

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Monitor machine performance and respond quickly to maintenance needs
• Keep equipment running efficiently while minimizing downtime
• Learn and understand current machinery, equipment, and plant systems
• Complete repairs accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Use hand tools, power tools, rigging equipment, and warehouse equipment safely and effectively
• Document maintenance activities as required
• Work independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications 

Maintenance Technician

• Experience with both mechanical and electrical maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of industrial machinery and manufacturing equipment
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and equipment repairs
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, rigging equipment, and warehouse equipment
• Ability to work with little to no supervision
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Proactive, dependable, and motivated attitude

Preferred Skills 

Maintenance Technician

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical diagrams
• Knowledge of motors, conveyors, pneumatic systems, and electrical controls
