Job Summary

We are seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Inside Service Technician to join an industrial oven manufacturing team. This position will primarily assist customers with diagnosing and repairing equipment issues over the phone and through email.

The ideal candidate will have strong electrical troubleshooting skills, the ability to read ladder logic wiring diagrams, and experience using a voltmeter. Previous HVAC or similar technical service experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues by phone and email.
• Walk customers through repair procedures and technical solutions.
• Read and interpret ladder logic wiring diagrams.
• Use a voltmeter to assist with electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Provide professional and personable customer service while resolving technical issues.
• Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and internal departments.
• Maintain organized records and manage daily service responsibilities.
• Utilize basic hand tools as needed for equipment troubleshooting and repairs.
• Use Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and daily responsibilities.
• Participate in minimal travel when required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual required.
• Must be able to read and understand ladder logic wiring diagrams.
• Experience using a voltmeter required.
• Previous HVAC, electrical, industrial equipment, or similar technical experience preferred.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable working directly with customers.
• Ability to manage and organize both personal workload and professional schedule.
