Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support daily production and warehouse operations. This position is responsible for transporting materials, supplies, and finished products to designated locations while ensuring production workstations have the materials needed to complete orders efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have previous material handling and forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, non-temperature-controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport materials, supplies, and finished products throughout the facility.
• Ensure production workstations have the appropriate materials needed for production orders.
• Assist with production changeovers by clearing remaining product from workstations after jobs are completed.
• Weigh and count materials being returned to the warehouse and complete necessary bin transfers.
• Set up incoming shifts with the materials needed for production.
• Distribute and store products in designated, secure locations.
• Review incoming shipments for quality and quantity.
• Verify labels for accuracy and initial as required.
• Load and transport materials manually and/or using hand trucks and skids.
• Fill materials/resins in a timely manner to keep production running efficiently.
• Notify supervisors of quantity or skid discrepancies and assist with inventory adjustments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related material handling/warehouse experience required.
• Previous forklift operating experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good basic math skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize responsibilities.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or related software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical & Work Requirements

• Must be comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
• Ability to walk for prolonged periods throughout the shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must follow all safety procedures and wear required safety equipment, including safety glasses and gloves when applicable.

Schedule: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM | Pay: $17.00/hour
